bad communication, article ordered on 9/8/2020 until 9/23/2020 no response. PayPal case opened on 9/24/2020. Immediately afterwards I received a tracking number. As of today 10/3/2020 no shipping of the article to date. A replacement has already been procured and PayPal should now clarify the rest. Do not understand how some people can care less about everything.

A BMW part was ordered. I was promised a consignment number every day for two weeks (tomorrow, today at noon, tomorrow, etc.). The module never arrived, then it was said that DHL would have sent it back undeliverable. Again I was promised daily that I would receive a tracking number. After 1 month back and forth, I was finally able to refund my money via PayPal.
