Already the appointment allocation on site was extremely friendly and competent. On July 20th I then had the actual date for replacing the windscreen. This work was carried out very well. An employee explained to me in a friendly and detailed manner what was done at the office pickup and then directly at the vehicle. When I left, I noticed that even the cockpit and the footwell were cleaned. For me this is really an excellent service from Carglass - it even exceeded my expectations.
All good. Very courteous and the car finished quickly ....
Clearly a bad experience, not on schedule and not cooperative! The interests of the insurers are represented here, not those of the customers! Never again!
With the subsequent fake answer you want to make a good impression. Everyone involved had the opportunity and did not use it. All the details are known to those involved and nobody tried to correct any mistakes. So instead of putting on a show here, serious customer service would be an alternative solution! However, this company has no interest in good customer service!
