Where the good ratings come from is a mystery to us. Incompetent employees for heating and a leaky open pipe cannot be repaired quickly because "parts have to be ordered first". Several calls went unanswered, and there seems to be no interest in such repairs! Service therefore underground and not to be recommended! A previous problem with the heating, a faulty burner, was only able to be resolved by the customer service, which came directly from the manufacturer. The several repair attempts before that by Weber could not solve the problem and cost several hundred euros. In the end, we were advised to replace the entire heater, although the problem was only some of the burner components and the manufacturer's customer service team identified and replaced them without any problems.

We have one and a half years ago about redeveloped our newly acquired house. have the great and very competent advice of Messrs. Weber, we are now very satisfied and happy with the result. With us, a main bathroom, guest bathroom and a complete floor heating has been developed at three levels. The staff were really great, both professional, clean and always friendly, helpful and honest! Full Star Number! Thanks again! Fam. Walter
