Unfortunately we were really disappointed with the church report. At the preliminary talk, apart from the fact that the wedding ceremony (photographed from different angles, from the front, etc.) is most important to us, we had no special requests or extreme demands. She was (-en) there on time, friendly that day and we were happy about it for the time being. Almost 2 weeks later the photos were ready to be picked up. Then came the sad surprise for me in particular, the bride. Photos of the wedding were available, but unfortunately only from the side on which the bride was standing. Not a single photo of the ring exchange or the promise from the front or from the groom. After sleeping on it for one night, we decided to inform the photographer about our disappointment in this regard - neither of us had an ulterior motive for money back, etc. But we were brought up to give feedback. Telephone calls led nowhere, there was a reference to a "burning error" on the CD, all photos were sent again by email. Full of hope we looked at the photos 1, 2, 3 ... 4 times - Conclusion: NOT A SINGLE photo of the wedding on the part of the groom, on which the bride could be seen from the front. So, called again - I made this call now. I had to listen to sentences like "do you know that normally only 50 photos and 1 photographer were booked for a report and after all we got a lot of photos and 2 photographers?" or: "All photos were checked again with the store management, they are all flawless photos" or: "All guests are in the photos" or: "We are not allowed on the altar" - everyone! Anyone who knows asambasilika knows that if a photographer can stand left in front, a second photographer can stand right in front without! To enter the altar. Etc. etc .. None! We have ever said that ALL photos were bad, just as nobody said that the photos were of bad quality. Especially since definitely NOT all guests were in the photos ;-) which was not important to us personally. Only the phone call was more than shocking, how unfriendly someone can be who appeared friendly at first glance. I was constantly talking in between and our problems were hardly taken seriously. Afterwards I agreed with her that she should please find 2 photos in which the wedding ceremony was photographed from the front by the groom. An email came - what a miracle: again photos from behind 🙄 we had decided not to rate until the topic had been clarified. Yes, it was "cleared up" - not. We would rather have a photographer with 10 pictures from the front of the wedding. Why not 1 star !? Because a few photos were really beautiful, 1 star but deduction of how the phone calls went afterwards - unfortunately!

Rather unfriendly, they just take 3 photos within 10 seconds and then you're done, good if you want it quickly, not good if you want the most beautiful pictures.
