Good quality at first glance. After long periods of wear, the gold coating and stones come off. No reaction from "customer service". Edit: We just wanted to give the shop a second chance because of Corona and ordered new rings. With these, too, the gold coating comes off completely after just one month (I have an office job). The "customer service" reacts this time, but very unfriendly. Returns or improvements are still refused. The announcement that they would turn to consumer protection and a lawyer also left no reaction. We especially consider the latter, as there are laws in this case that everyone must adhere to. After referring to this, there was again no answer. This is what you get of it if you want to support German companies in a crisis.
