Mr. Geier a good lawyer? I cannot spontaneously share this assessment. After my mother's death, my father is the sole heir. §1968 BGB regulates clearly that the heir has to bear the costs of the funeral, regardless of who the client is. All comments on this are also in agreement. Mr. Geier sees all of this completely relaxed and believes that an heir does not have to bear these costs. This would turn case law upside down. In other words, you can take the inheritance rights with you - but not the obligations. Lex Hengersberg or Marktplatz!

Mr. Geier is a great lawyer, the best I've ever had. I would come to him again. I am very satisfied and his staff is great.
