Unfortunately, I cannot recommend RASteinle because I was with him in November 2020 regarding a rent dispute regarding rent reduction. At first everything was fine and we agreed to bill the tenant for the costs of attorney Mr. Steinle. Since the amount of my damage was just under € 1000 and Mr Steine ​​said to me in the conversation that his bill would be in the low three-digit range ... A few days later I was informed by my tenant that Mr. Steinle's bill was € 1,211.50, which is even more than the total damage, and that just for a letter from Mr. Steinle. At first I thought this could only be a misunderstanding and contacted Mr. Steinle who unfortunately had no time for me and read his assistant to let me know in writing that this would be correct and referred to a lawyer's fees law. Unfortunately, after repeated inquiries, I couldn't get an appointment with him I had to pay the horrific amount ... Therefore, if someone still decides in favor of this law firm, please have a cost estimate made out in writing before you place the order.
