We ordered 2 family pizzas and one half was with the wrong topping. I called the delivery service again and explained to the lady on the phone that the wrong pizza was delivered. Actually, I thought the lady was sorry for this mishap, but she firmly maintained that I had ordered the delivered one. Then I explained again that we would like to have the pizza we had chosen. After a long silence on the phone, the lady said they were delivering a new pizza. However, you should first make sure that you have actually ended the conversation and not get upset about the customers while hanging up. When the right pizza came, we had to pay for the pizza !!!!!!!! An impudence!!!!!! That was for sure our last order at Pizzeria Fantasia !!!!!!! And then the pizza wasn't really done either !!!!!!
