We have booked a great tour of Florida here. We were particularly impressed by the cheap return flight. An incorrect debit appeared from a hotel. The reverse processing went smoothly after just calling the travel agency. We will come back for customer service alone.
Our experiences are very negative. Due to an incorrect booking (ADAC), our vacation became a dilemma. In the subsequent complaint, the travel agency delayed and secretly wrong assessments were passed on to the tour operator. After months of no feedback from the tour operator, the travel agency informed us that it had not yet received any feedback. When I threatened the lawyer, a letter suddenly came that was addressed by the tour operator to the travel agency and was already two months ago. An outrageous mischief and an attempt to cover up your mistakes. The travel agency does not shy away from lying to its customers. A star for the good location of the shop. If there were negative stars I would assign 5 negative stars.
