I was treating incredibly poorly! I had an appointment at 6pm and arrived 30 minutes early and still did not sit down until 6:40pm. They sat several other customers down before me, even customers who arrived after me with the same appointment time. I requested a color they had on display and was told that it could not be done. I then requested black nails with a design and asked if they could do that. They said yes, then rushed through my nails. The paint on my nails has streaks and looks sub-par. Once he finished that base color and coat, he began to ask the next lady what she wanted done and when I asked for the design he acted like I hadn't requested the design before hand and said it could not be done. I left extremely unhappy and disappointed in my nails. Do yourself a favor and go to Aura nails. They are polite and actually care about their customers. Don't waste your time at city nails, especially if you are American. They are rude.

Injury to the tip of the finger due to the machine slipping, one day later still a bruise in the tip of the finger, following the motto when grinding away, the design stone on the NAIL was too big, he was shocked gesch Not really worked on that, on the modeling 👎 after the whole collage was finished, I only paid half and had to go and shouldn't go into this shop even though I was injured but he wanted the full price.
