Two stars because of the good chocolate and the large tea selection. The three missing stars represent the service. I did not feel like a fully fledged customer, much less a king. Instead of a decent advice I unfortunately only heard ridicule from the staff. I think it's a great pity that especially young customers are not taken for full, but rather laughed at. This does not secure a future customer base. That's a pity. Then, when it comes to chocolate, I prefer to go straight to the Hussel Confiserie. Nevertheless, I wish a nice Easter and hope future customers find a better service
