I am very angry with this dealer. I brought a new car A200 in Jan 2019 and i pay to them Deposit/Kaution 6865.65 Euro. Since then they not pay me back this amount. Most of all i have no communications because they not answer me at the phone and emails. I send them every week emails and nothing. Few weeks ago Miss Katharina Kern send me an email and ask me to send her my bank account in order to send me back the money. After that few weeks without any answer at my emails. One month ago he give an email "Good morning The file is with our tax adviser, who handles the tax refunds. Unfortunately, it has not only your case, but several, so I can't say when the transfer will be made. I will inquire again on Monday.". After that nothing happens. After 3 weeks with reminder mails without response he give me another mail "If you were to refrain from making the unkind threats, I could inform you that you will get your tax back on Friday. We rarely have foreign business, so we have to have them checked by the tax adviser. And that, alas, takes time. Sorry. " After that no money, no emails, no nothings. MY ADVICE AVOID THIS DEALER

I have been in the reliable and friendly service department at the Oberseider dealership for years with my VW Golf 7. Everything was carried out perfectly and within budget. I was contacted fairly for additional work. I am particularly pleased with the friendly and reliable advice from the whole team and especially from Mr. Markus Früh.
