Asking 300 euros for customer service from a VW Polo that was also bought as a new car from Breitschwert borders on a rip-off. Then you'd better go to the independent workshop for the same work at half price.

Extremely dissatisfied !!! Were towed to this workshop by the ADAC. It was agreed orally to make a cost estimate for a repair. It should be noted: the ADAC had already carried out an analysis (alternator broken). After the cost estimate was 700 €, we decided against it, as we wanted to have the same repair done by another workshop for 500 €. When the master mechanic found out about our decision, he became EXTREMELY unfriendly, sometimes aggressive with the words: You now have to pay me € 200 for the cost estimate, you won't get your car, and you also have to pay stand fees for every additional day!
Definitely not to be recommended!
