Great service. Very very friendly, helpful and honest people. They answer all your questions and inform you along the process.
My car broke down on the way to Turkey and they went the extra mile to help me solve my problem in the best possible way without wasting money.
They speak English, Turkish and German in the office so you can communicate effectively. They have connections to find the spare parts that you need with reasonable prices and get them delivered to their garage the very next day.
I can recommend them without doubt.

Turkiye yolunda radyator tipasi patladi ve yolda kaldik. Sagolsunlar cok yardimci oldular. Muhammet birebir ilgilendi ve sorunumuz en uygun sekilde cozuldu. Halden anlayan, ilgili ve yardimsever insanlar. Bu cevrede ihtiyaciniz olursa gozunuz kapali guvenebileceginiz insan gibi insanlar.
I was on my way from Netherlands to Türkiye and my Car broken @ Nearly Nürnberg The Assistance bring me to the Garage Imperial and wow i mean my car got a big issue but this guys there fix it only in one day and safe my holidays! THANK YOU ALL!!!

The service is so-so any professionalism, if you do not understand, then take the banter twice as much! Often the prices themselves are taken from the ceiling! I will not go there any more and I do not advise you!
