Professionally, Mr. Lenz is absolutely competent and not to criticize. However, the tone of conversation is rude with customers. A professional discussion is impossible and who even scrutinizes the bill or not immediately, is paid with indecent business methods under pressure. The inputs of other contractors on the site are completely ignored, i. the work is carried out regardless of damage to the shell, plasterers and painters. The Lenz company is well versed in the enforcement of excessive supplements and then their claims with all possible remedies to the last cent.
