Warning. People like to mess around here and don't take responsibility. My damage over 1000 €. Rather look for a professional, I wanted to have a car radio installed, it didn't really work from the start. The radio just roared and never really worked. I was there several times to have the problem fixed. After the fourth attempt, my confidence in this company was completely exhausted. A last attempt did not help either, FTS does not feel responsible for your mistakes. I then had a troubleshooting carried out by an authorized workshop, where the error was found after about an hour. Troubleshooting costs over € 60. The repair costs around 400 euros. The system sold to me for over € 655 is also useless. The antenna cable was damaged during installation, the entire antenna base and cable must be replaced. NEVER AGAIN, AGVs has cost me 6 months of nerves. I would go to another company in your place. I wouldn't give a star at all, even one is too many. I find the answer to my recession to be outrageous. The radio reception of my car was 100% correct until the day I brought it to the FTS company, when I drove off the yard the evening after the installation, the car radio was just rustling. FTS must have damaged the antenna due to improper installation! To stand up and to deny everything is a cheek. As already mentioned, irresponsible.
