Specializing in pianos and their repair, very high professional competence and fair advice, good prices. We were looking for a used piano. Ms. H. took a lot of time for us and responded well to our many questions - it could not be better. We were treated very friendly and courteous and are really satisfied => clear recommendation!

Is probably the only music store in Ansbach where you get to normal opening hours guitar strings. The price was OK.

From the first entry into the exhibition (supply of coffee / water and the offer all instruments in peace), about the advice (very patient, reserved and honest), the sale (fair), to the delivery of the wing (reliable) we became extreme friendly and competent supervised by Mrs. and Mr. Hertlein.

Naively, we thought we would get notes for harmonica, were gedoch treated as if we had asked for moonstones! "Well, thank God, we have nothing to do with it" Too bad that one advertises in the shop window with the instrument, but then laughed at Unfortunately no specialist staff and therefore no contact point!
