The staff were very polite and I had no problem with them. However, I have to say that the prices (at least for the passport photos) are much too high. For 16.99 € you only get four passport photos and for 13 € additionally one of the photos was transferred to my stick (by the way, in such a large size that I ended up editing the picture myself to get it smaller). For the fact that you get double (if not more) passport photos at other photo studios in Ansbach for the same price and the quality does not deviate, I would not come here again to have passport photos taken. Unfortunately I cannot rate other services as this was my first time at the Zacharias photo house.
