The super friendly and courteous nature of the team actually compensated for the frustration of a failed online order! They even called for me in various Berlin branches to find a mattress topper in 120cm width that does not only have 6 weeks delivery time because the special size was not in stock.
Although the topper ordered online was a good 30 euros cheaper due to various discount campaigns, my problem was solved in the branch when I was visiting home, so that I can get my long-awaited topper as soon as possible 👍🏼
If I need something again, the Ansbach branch is definitely the first point of contact (if necessary with my parents as a generous errand boy 😉).
