I had called for acute shoulder pain, disturbed sleep and loss of strength in my arm after turning my shoulder and my family doctor wrote me a referral, because a basic disease and certain instability are already known on this shoulder. I have been known as a patient in the operating center for over 5 years and assumed that I would get an appointment quickly for such complaints, because the homepage also advertises that this is possible with acute pain. The next possible appointment is in 12 days! When asked if nothing was really possible in the past, I was advised to call somewhere else and hope that I would be lucky if this appointment is too late. Without words, never again.

Completely rude talk on the phone wanted to make an appointment ... didn't even end ... just hung up ...
