Wanted to buy a ring today. Then I decided on one. The "nice" boss then polished it up and informed me shortly before the purchase that the price attached to the ring was no longer valid. It costs 15 euros more today! When asked about the why I got the answer: Gold price has risen and it can't price out every day !!!! Brilliant business idea !!!!

I bought a bracelet here for € 100, which had to be shortened. Although bought there, the cut cost 20 €. When picking up, after two whole weeks, they even asked for 25 € !! In my opinion, this is a lack of service and rip-off. This is how you don't win customers!
