Wow
After buying an awning 5 months ago, I unfortunately had to complain because of a material defect. The awning was exchanged immediately and empasa was clearly trying to satisfy me as a customer. I would also like to mention the nice contact with Mr. Schmeißer at this point. As a customer, you feel in very good hands here. Thanks a lot for this!

Service poor! Requests are ignored. Then you just buy from a competitor. Sad business behavior towards customers. Especially nowadays .... The seller probably doesn't need any new customers. It's a shame, but it's good. There are others who do better!
Beware of fingers away! A mail leads to a page where you should enter the dimensions for the cut. The website is so bad that you don't know what to measure and how. If you then try to contact customer service, after a long unsuccessful wait you will simply enter the lowest, safest measure.
However, the stable square grid shown in the frame is not supplied. A kind of kit will now - depending on your talent - occupy you for a while with familiarization with assembly and covering. In the end, the more talented will have put together a wavy, self-forgiving something that usually cannot fit, because only the assembly instructions give an idea of what should have been measured.
All in all, an expensive and time-consuming cheek towards the customer.
I am 100% satisfied with this company. The quality is 1A and so is the service. Suggestion for improvement: the telephone availability could be a little better.
