Anyone who wants to book a trip, whether near or far, is in good hands in the Ansbach travel world. The owner-run company fulfills small and large wishes and works tirelessly for its customers even in these difficult travel times (which are not easy for the company). Many thanks to Ulrike Schmidt, see you next time you book.

We can only warmly recommend the Ansbacher Reisewelt! As a customer, you are advised in an extremely friendly manner and in an almost amicable, very personal manner. What should be particularly emphasized, however, is the absolutely honest manner of the advice, recommendations and tips. The focus is not on "sales success", but clearly on customer satisfaction. Even if it is ultimately to the detriment of the Ansbach travel world. Ulrike Schmidt's personal commitment and reliability go far beyond what a customer would normally expect. The quality of a travel agency is of course particularly evident if the organizer subsequently has problems with a booking or a trip. That is exactly what we experienced. The way in which Ms. Schmidt then stood up for our concerns - ultimately to her own disadvantage in extremely difficult times anyway - impressed us very much and showed us once again very clearly why we will continue our trips to Ulrike Schmidt in the Ansbacher in the future Travel World and not on the Internet.

My favorite travel agency in the area, I've rarely received so much support. Our flight was postponed by 17 hours, while Ms. Schmidt was easy to reach by phone and actively supported us in getting new information, which was hardly possible at the airport. In addition, she got involved afterwards for a partial reimbursement of the flight price due to the delay. I have seldom seen such competent employees. For this service, I am happy to book the trip to Ansbach.

Super friendly staff. Good selection and a strong stamina on the part of the employees when it is difficult to decide. All in all great service. gladly again.
