Incompetent staff. Do not receive promised email about important travel information even with repeated requests. Wrong information (First we were booked a flight with too little luggage and then told it costs only to book the 20-30 € Kilos At the airport in Thailand we were then at 150 €, even our flight cost only 50 €). In summary, we were very disappointed and do not recommend this travel agency.

Cannot confirm the experiences of the two predecessors. I wanted to fly the vacation alone and had caught an incredibly nice lady. She fully responded to my wishes, consciously (as a woman traveling alone) not to Turkey, Tunisia or similar. want to send and expressly advised against it. Everything was organized, the price was ok, everything went off the stage quickly and cleanly. The holiday was great! Gladly again! :)
