Very unfriendly employee (glasses / red hair).
Smiling is only desirable and if you ask for information, you get just as rude answers as the looks themselves ...
Possibly offer proper instruction on how to deal with customers.
I was there in August to cancel a subscription. Then the incompetent employee confirmed that my subscription was canceled successfully. But after a bill came home, I went back there and surprise! The subscription had not been canceled and of course the impairment remains with me, because not even the DB customer service answers my e-mails!
Experience top service on 4.12.17. Group booking with special requests created perfectly and super friendly. As far as I could tell, I was able to help others in a very friendly way .... Thumbs up!
