Pulled thousands of euros out of our pockets and made our dog suffer in this way for over a year. Absolutely unqualified money cutters and animal abusers. In my opinion the most incompetent doctors in the Ansbach area. Definitely not recommended. Anyone who loves their animal should avoid this practice.

We were greeted very unfriendly and immediately snapped at why we didn't make an appointment! We explained that our dog had been in pain since the night and can no longer walk. He hobbled into the practice on 3 legs, that was probably obvious. We waited 1 hour, everyone else would be preferred and finally we went and drove to the animal clinic Feuchtwangen where we were welcomed very nicely and our dog was treated very well. Conclusion: Dr Grötzner never again! 👎👎
