After 15 minutes in the queue I was forwarded to a tape announcement by the operator that my clerks only every 7 !!!! (in words: SEVEN) days are available. I canceled another call after saying 45 minutes on hold. Call times were on a Tuesday from 10 a.m. Somebody should work here. So that's how I would like to be able to work and I'm also a civil servant. Only my superiors would tell me something.

The staff on site at the info were very friendly and helpful. However, it is incredibly difficult to get through by phone, since either permanently occupied or because of vacation and part-time no contact person on site. It is also interesting that the own employees are not familiar with their office. And for many, you almost fall asleep when you watch them work. Anyone who works in this way in the free economy will be dismissed.
