Personally, I have had very good experiences with this studio. I have my nails done there regularly, which exceed my expectations every time. Even my mother only goes there to the hairdresser to have her hair cut and is thrilled every time, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I do not know where to start. Too expensive, mistakes, money as a priority and threat with lawyer and rude boss At first I got an appointment very quickly. The staff is friendly and works well. Those were the only good points. The prices are completely overpriced. Price = performance unfortunately does not fit at all. I paid 116 € for about 28 strands on the parting. Some extra costs are not mentioned, the strands were rinsed out too early and I was allowed to pay for the improvement. When I tried to have a good talk with the boss, she tried to deny all this somehow and to talk her way out of it. You can clearly see that the 1st place here is MONEY and not the customer. It's a shame. I tried to settle everything peacefully so that both sides are happy. (not possible with the boss, at first she was still friendly, which then changed very quickly) And last but not least, I was threatened with a lawyer if I write a bad review. Wow.. So I definitely know where I'm not going anymore.

Was there today for the lash lifting, was very satisfied, every step was explained, which I think is important when you have to keep your eyes closed during the entire treatment. In addition, they always asked whether everything was going well, I'm also satisfied with the result, I'm just curious how long it will last 👍🏻
