Rented a car over weekend, was happy with the car and extended two days more, the invoice was 3 times higher than planed. why? because sixt is not saying thank you to you dear client, that you take a longer rent, NO, you as a client get a punishment, how? sixt makes a new calculation backwards from the start of your rent and charging you the 3 times higher price! example first 3 days 250 euros, extended for 3 more days, final charge 1200 euros for 6 days, wow... well done sixt, never again!! -------- Follow up 04 October 2020: I sent an email to below email address [email protected] and just got an one line answer back: "The invoice stays like it is" I is a joke!! That answers here on google from SIXT only get posted by SIXT, that other people see and believe SIXT is caring about the customers. In real they do not really care, the only reason for their answer is to place a fake "service answer" on google reviews! Again, never again with this FAKE company, putting you prices in contract, and afterwards changing how they want!!!
