Attention!!! Do not use the car wash. Causes damage to the rear wiper. Despite being asked, I was refused a cover to protect the rear window wiper before the washing process. Now my rear window wiper is broken and the claim settlement is refused by the operator despite a breach of the duty of care. Very bad service. I will no longer refuel or wash my car there !!!!

Of course I don't want to harm the operator because I told the truth. The operator suspects a previously damaged rear window wiper. Original invoice is available - age of the rear window wiper 5 years.
Trusting the employee's statement that there would be no damage, I decided to have my car washed without a cover.
As a punishment for my assessment, I am now threatened with a lawyer and a lawsuit. Now every reader can judge for himself what he thinks of the operator ...
Nice staff, but of no use if you constantly pay the most expensive fuel prices here. Price differences of 20-25 cents per liter are no longer an exception. In the future I'll refuel somewhere else, with a tank filling 70 liters, to charge € 14.00 more is brave.
Basically a great gas station, very nice owner and great service.
However, Aral AG's pricing policy is complete nonsense.
The prices are just cheeky and the owner unfortunately has no influence at all, which is a shame, because if the prices would still match the competition, this would be a petrol station with a carefree package.
I still like to come here to fill up and shop, but only because of the great team and the great coffee.
Actually, I would have loved to give 5 stars, but I heard that only the 1-3 star ratings really attract attention.
