The best customer service I've ever had! -------------------------------------------------- ---------------------- I was looking for a subwoofer for my Audi A1 BJ 2012. This store was recommended to me by my trusted workshop. At first, the prices scared me off, because at the time I had planned to buy a kit on Amazon for about 250 €. However, I then called Hifonics and they helped me perfectly. The advice was first class: I was able to state my requirements and my budget and the employee selected the right components together with me. ALL my questions could be answered immediately, both by phone, via WhatsApp or directly via WhatsApp video call during installation. There was always a knowledgeable employee on the spot! So I was able to paint a wiring diagram myself and built everything in myself. Even when I wanted to reorder a part that had to be delivered promptly, I was able to call support, describe my situation there and the package was promptly sent on the same day with suitable cables that I had requested on the phone (at no extra charge). -------------------------------------------------- ---------------------- The quality of the parts is first class. Bomb proof, nothing wobbles or loosens! -------------------------------------------------- ---------------------- Finally, the most important thing: How is the sound? Was it worth? YES! I have now spent a total of € 708.83. The subwoofer is great. It is very strong and when there are bassy spots, not only do my seats vibrate but also my hair. The feeling is great! So far, 5 other people could enjoy the sound and everyone was thrilled and the corners of the mouth kept going up when they dropped. In this Corona time I have my own club in the car. -------------------------------------------------- ---------------------- Conclusion Yes, Hifonics is a little more expensive. Buying a cheap package on Amazon is tempting. However, when advising Hifonics you always have a competent contact person who can answer all your questions about ordering, selection of parts and installation. The quality of the parts is great and the result is great to hear. Any time. -------------------------------------------------- ---------------------- P.S. The kit I picked out on Amazon would not have matched my audio system and therefore would not have worked ;-)
