My aunt had made an appointment for the car repair, this was now canceled at short notice and not very subtle by phone. My aunt was dependent on this car for work, but unfortunately she has to have it repaired elsewhere and meanwhile resort to public transport. A little tip for the future: please cancel or postpone appointments on time.
