The staff was always friendly and everything is clean. I can't understand the bad reviews at all. I go there regularly, the coupons in the app are great too.

I went shopping today and didn't notice the regulations with the shopping cart because I was in a hurry and it wasn't signposted inside the shop. This can happen, the security man was very rude. Then I instructed him that this can be done more kindly. To my horror, a blonde haired employee commented on the incident. She had just finished her shift and apparently felt right to argue loudly with me and follow me around the store.

You could almost assume that some of the bad reviews have been bought 🤔! I have been buying my drugstore items from Rossmann for many years and have always been very friendly, courteous, Served competently and without long waiting times at the checkout, regardless of the time of day and that also applies to this branch. An appeal or well-intentioned advice to customers: "Anyone who goes shopping in a bad mood and then uses the staff who work there as lightning rods, even at these times, should really be ashamed and should be in the bottom drawer!" DEAR EMPLOYEES, KEEP YOUR POSITION, CONTINUE AND DO NOT LET YOURSELF BE SUBMITTED

My absolute favorite Rossmann branch. Very large assortment, clear and clean, plenty of parking space and the staff open-minded and friendly. I can't confirm the bad reviews. It's best to take a picture yourself 😉

Went there on October 5, 2020 around 1 p.m. Four employees in the shop and all of them simply in a bad, unfriendly mood, especially the checkout staff, had probably had a bad breakfast and that was not the first visit of this kind. The staff was friendlier. Despite a good range, I prefer to go to the competition in the future.
