This Rossmann stands out for one thing in particular: Through rudeness! As several reviewers have already written, you feel more annoying than welcome here. Apparently the ladies who go about their contractual duties in this shop have forgotten who is actually paying their salaries! The customer!! The drugstore itself is rather small and has a manageable range. This business cannot keep up with the competitor with the "M" in Schwabach. I really only go shopping here when I need drugstore items and don't want to go to other drugstores.

I think the way the employees deal with customers there leaves a lot to be desired! As soon as you walk in, you get the feeling that employees would prefer it if nobody would come. Since when has the saleswoman been allowed to say to her customer that I would constantly "cackle" in between, when I wanted to speak to her boss, she was there, but was not more polite than her employee, and in no way took care of the matter. You'd rather go to a DM, the staff there is always friendly!

Unfortunately questions from Mrs. Wollert are not answered. And when cashier is treated quite pampig. Vlt. Was the reason that the shop had only 30 minutes left open and because someone wanted in after work. Too bad with such great products such a bad service.
