Friendly and competent. The consultation / offer discussion was great. Mr. Heisler arrived on time and seemed to us to be very competent. We would have liked to discuss the offer with him - but after waiting for several weeks, without any feedback, neither by phone nor by email, we decided on a competitor. Construction is booming - maybe in this case we weren't the customer of choice. Too bad. Nevertheless, all the best for the future - we were extremely satisfied up to the promised offer. Unfortunately, we cannot rate more.

After waiting for more than 3 months and asking several times what is going on, you only get the answer “the part is never there”. I would have managed to remove and re-install a defective device myself and you have to pay for it .. Incompetence in general great style! The problem persists and no alternative solution is sought. Humorous answers like: then everything is in its place again (even if the part still doesn't work) should calm the customer down. Keep it up!
