3 years ago we had Mr. Knorr install a PV system on the roof. Unfortunately, this does not work properly from the start, apparently there is a problem with the skills of the company boss. He blocks my calls, he either doesn't answer text messages at all or has been comforting me for months. Since other companies do not want to get involved due to the still existing guarantee, the only thing left for me to do is take a legal step through a court. Too bad, Mr. Knorr was good and reliable in selling the system, now there is nothing left of the competence and service. Can only advise everyone!
