i was looking for a small portable harp with 34 strings. Artefakt had exactly what I was looking for. I have made an appointment via email. The email contact was excellent. I got a quick answer and several good tips on how best to strengthen the harp. At the company itself, I was given plenty of room to try out the different instruments available and received a lot of useful advice. I immediately fell in love with the hobbit model, a beautiful little harp with a beautiful full deep sound. I am very satisfied with the harp and the service I received. Well worth it
