Chapel St. Katharina Lohholz There was a vow of Katharina Seiderer in the last days of the war. She repeatedly mentioned this vow to her grandchildren and could not do anything during her lifetime. When Pastor Wagner came to Kolbermoor in 1999, he was told this story and he motivated the Seiderer family to fulfill the vow for their grandmother or mother-in-law. St. Katharina in Lohholz ExteriorUnder the rain With the help of the Lohholzer or Kolbermoorer population and the clubs and the responsible craftsmen Rudolf Schäfer as a bricklayer and Dismas Drexler as an experienced carpenter, the chapel was completed in the years 2000 and 2001. The painting work in the interior was done by Mr. Erich Wagner (who also made the beautiful picture in the parish hall). The Mother of God on the altar was donated by Gerhard and Renate Kohnle. The other figures of Elisabeth Seiderer. In September 2001, the chapel was inaugurated. Since then, always in September, the Chapel Day takes place, which is solemnly celebrated with a Holy Mass. Since the inauguration, the Rosary is prayed every Thursday and a Holy Mass every two months. There are Mayan prayers and various singing and events.
