As a patient of Dr. Pfefferkorn was inpatient for one day in Ward 1. Nurses were all very friendly and helpful. Anesthesia doctor was also totally relaxed. Food well ... single room 150 € / night.

You have to be happy if you still have your own hospital on site. Nevertheless, there is little room for improvement: 1. The waiting times in the emergency room are really unreasonable. Even with moderately severe injuries (such as fractures, abrasions and cuts) you can wait here for 1-2 hours. Even with fixed appointments for follow-up checks, I waited twice for over an hour (why do I make a fixed appointment?) Once I was completely forgotten, the employee responsible was already after work. In addition, the quality of the doctors unfortunately varies a lot, both in terms of technical competence and linguistic competence. When I was admitted, I was treated by a doctor who spoke hardly any German and who also advised me about treatment, which the two doctors completely contradicted during the follow-up check. The two German-speaking doctors at the follow-up check were both very nice, competent and tried hard. It is probably a matter of luck whether you receive a technically good or less good treatment. Overall, I am grateful for the local proximity and hope my suggestion will be heard.

As an emergency I was in the emergency room with shortness of breath and nothing was done for 4 hours, except of course the vital signs checked and the standard laboratory approved. The doctor shrugged her shoulders and showed up twice, but it was clearly noticed that she did not know what to do with me. So after 4 hours, without medication or any knowledge, I was sent home with the advice to introduce myself again if it didn't get better. The next night it was so bad again that I had to go to an emergency room again - this time in Nuremberg. And then thank God I was helped! ! Dear girls of the emergency room Schwabach, that doesn't apply to you, you were great !!! Many thanks for your commitment and the loving care!

I went to Dr. Pfefferkorn in this hospital and was completely satisfied. I thought food was good for a hospital and the staff was super friendly. Before I went to the operating room, I was told by a nice operating room nurse that there were a lot of operations going on and that it could be hectic because some of the staff was also down. But I didn't notice anything. Everyone was super friendly and there wasn't any hectic action. I have to say that I do not come from the Schwabach area and therefore I went there with a completely neutral opinion and I have to say I would do it again at any time. Thank you again for everything and the great support

Paliative support for a seriously ill patient is rejected without considering the previous treatment of the treating oncology department in Fürth ... unfortunately an emergency admission ... Palliative care, whether outpatient or inpatient, starts at times and saves the patient unnecessary stress ... Information The previous measures would have made more sense. Why is there palliative care and an advance directive if they are ignored. Not a recommendation for this clinic. The only star goes directly to the social service, which currently helped competently and intervened .. a big thank you! An update with the status of today .. despite committed efforts it is not possible over the phone as promised - to get a medical, meaningful statement .. what was agreed yesterday is no longer valid today ... every phone call starts from scratch. .I have never experienced so much chaos and disinterest ... it only helps to avoid this hospital !!!!
