What has been criticized in part, I can not confirm. The battery change was done quickly and cheaply. The advice was very friendly.

Were unable to change the battery in a ladies watch (or had no desire). Diagnosis: movement defective. Could pick up the watch one day after delivery without function. At the jeweler next door, the battery was changed after about 1 minute and lo and behold, it works despite alleged defective movement.
