Ms. Majchrzak-Rummel has been advising our multi-generation residential project on all legal issues since 2013. She accompanied us from the beginning in a competent, friendly and patient manner. She advised and supported us in the development of all our contracts so that the project was given a legally reliable basis. It was and is particularly positive that she succeeds in formulating and explaining even difficult relationships and expressions that are difficult for laypersons to understand, so that in the end everyone can understand them. Not only did she show a real interest in the success of our project, she has an important part in the success and that we have been able to live together for almost four years now. Ms. Majchrzak-Rummel's many years of experience with residential projects is very valuable and enriching, helps to avoid mistakes and to stay "on the carpet". Agreed was a conversation of about 2-3 hours to clarify legal issues of a housing project development. My journey to the appointment was just about 200 km. Inquisitorially she demanded a "social spirit" of the project. It was not communicable that the abandonment of the default of such a mistake, but a feature can be. Shortly before mediating her beloved Canvas method, she ended the conversation abruptly after about 35 minutes, without even one of my questions being discussed. Regardless of the qualifications of this lawyer, which I can not rate, the conversation was extremely irritating.
