Mussbach, Blum & Uhl

My husband's family has had legal support from Mr. Blum sen. I have therefore commissioned him to do a minor construction job. The contact was via phone, mail and post. I had a very positive first impression, Mr. Blum's statements are very clear and very friendly. First of all the whole paperwork came to be signed and I sent back all possible requested documents. Although everything was already in my documents, I was asked to list details in a different form and, for example, B. find out the current local rent. Ultimately, I myself had to make the first request to the property developer, because a lawyer can only intervene after a rejection or after the deadline. Here I was annoyed for the first time, which I also reported back over the phone and was kindly offered to proofread my request to the developer free of charge. However, it would have cost far less if this had simply been said on the first call !!! The first bill was just under € 800 - for actually doing all the work! Since the property developer surprisingly responded to the request that I made, I only had a short question about a wording by email (can you accept it or not?) In my email to Mr. Blum formulates that I assume that this brief information is included in the payment we have already made. I then received a letter from Mr. Blum that the wording should be like this and was satisfied at first. Shortly thereafter, another bill for € 250 came. Ok, I shouldn't have written what I assume, but I don't want the answer if it costs me again. BUT it would have been just decent that a short answer would come, that they would be happy to answer, but then I have to pay it. It is easy for me and that's why I am disappointed and upset. In the future, I would no longer contact the law firm or recommend it to anyone.

Mr. Oliver Blum has taken very competent care of our concerns and continues to be reliable with advice and assistance. He is optimally attuned to the situation and can always be reached by e-mail. So many things can be resolved "on a short way" without having to make additional appointments. Absolutely recommended!

Unfortunately, clients are completely ignored here and costs they incur themselves are not borne ..... Even older cases that have already been paid are not followed up in any way. There is no response to numerous requests. Better to choose another law firm ........

Very nice competent lawyer. Takes time
