Even a star is too much for my visit yesterday. I was ignored, not welcomed and not served, even though I stayed longer in the shop. I could get rid of my money elsewhere!

The ladies shop in Rosenheim of the brand Marc O`Polo is in my view not recommended. I've been there three times and each time I was greeted halfheartedly with a nod. I carry a lot of this brand and the shop assistants did not take me seriously as a customer. Only when I looked in the store after a long time, I took the initiative every time and after asked a size. Then of course I was served, but there was no further input or ideas for the outfit from the saleswomen. I was nicely adopted. In short, the shop assistants are nice, but only serve if the customers ask. I have also observed this with other customers. When I was asked, what material is the shirt, the lady had no idea. Since I know it differently, that is, when I'm traveling in Germany and then visit other Marc O `Polo shops, or other brand stores, I know how much more competent it is. Therefore, I drive now to other cities to shop, or order the goods from the online shop. Pity!
