Reliable, serious, competent, friendly and courteous. Even if I was not able to fly to Senegal because of Corona, the manager was always helpful and understanding. I had already paid for the trip before the start of the Corona crisis, got 50% reimbursed immediately in Q2 of last year and the rest will now be reimbursed until April due to the ongoing pandemic. That's how you imagine great service. Many Thanks!

Two years ago I was with Ivory Tours on an unforgettable trip to the rainforest of the Central African Republic. We watched gorillas and elephants and got to know the inhabitants of the forest, the pygmies. The arrival and departure by boat on the Sangha River was unique! Now Corona has unfortunately thwarted my travel plans for this year ... Thanks to the Ivory Tours team for the quick processing and the accommodating and uncomplicated solution. I'm looking forward to next year!!! 🐘

In March 2020 our family undertook a 3-week trip to Ethiopia organized with Ivory Tours. On the one hand we are completely enthusiastic about this country and its people (we had a lot of contact with the population), on the other hand we are extremely impressed with the planning and implementation of the trip. The agency on site, which impresses with extremely friendly, reliable and knowledgeable staff - from the owner of the agency to the drivers and guides - should also be commended. We always felt safe, well informed and absolutely in good hands throughout the trip. All people accompanying us, drivers and guides have lovingly and empathetically adjusted to our special family constellation, from which valuable friendly relationships grew during this wonderful and unforgettable time.
