Rietheim bread and wood-fired bread taste like bread has to taste. If you haven't tried it yet, you should definitely do it. We recommend. However, what the wood-fired bread used to be too dark is now too light. The typical crust that makes it special is missing. Please dear team of light leave the wood-fired bread in the oven a little longer. Then I give 5 stars.
