I and my wife wanted to order the floral decorations for our wedding and bridal bouquet here. We are always happy to support smaller owner-managed businesses, for a very personal background. The flower shop is centrally located and nicely decorated, we liked the already finished bouquets and made a good impression that we would be in good hands here. There was already a customer in the shop who was served, we waited a long time without the owner caring that we were also in the shop. No "I'll be there for you" or something similar. After another wait, a phone call from the owner later, she had time for us. We informed her that we would be getting married soon and would need a bridal bouquet, badges and decoration. This was squeaked with an “ah”. My wife tried to communicate with the lady, asked and said "we thought you could do this for us", no real response to that either. We told her it should be a round bouquet, with roses and eucalyptus, a little bit vintage. The lady said that she had already tied round. When my wife then asked if she possibly had photos of bouquets that she had already made, she got the very annoyed and extremely unfriendly answer, "no I didn't, it doesn't help you". Then we were told that she shouldn't be doing meetings for so long, it would be enough to know a little bit and then she would do something. Not with us - something unprofessional, We have never experienced unfriendly paired with disinterest. No interest in advising the customer or getting an order at all. We experienced more advice and commitment at other flower shops than it was about creating a bouquet for Mother's Day. From our point of view zero customer orientation, service and advice not available, friendliness is a foreign word - everything that, from our point of view, makes up the owner-managed shop does not exist. After reading the other wedding flower jewelry review here, what we experienced is probably the rule. Never again this business - a star is actually one too many.

Super owner-run flower shop! There are always the most beautiful, creative bouquets that are tied fresh and expensive. Always a pleasure!

We ordered the flower arrangements for our wedding at blumenart. Unfortunately, we should have canceled the whole order at the preliminary meeting, as the owner was very annoyed and rude. We were given the impression that she did not need to design the flower arrangements for a wedding. Unfortunately, this foreboding confirmed at the pickup. Although everything was noted down exactly and we brought along our own photos and color samples, the floral decoration did not correspond to the originally discussed one. The owner was only with much persuasion to bring to correct their mistakes and to adjust the floral decoration (it was not a little extra charge required). The value for money is miserable. We were and are very disappointed and will not re-enter this business. A few days later, on demand, whether an error in the preparation of the bill had occurred (because the price extremely high and by no means justified) the owner returned very saucy and not understanding or tried again to take a look at it.
