Here I was served by an unfriendly lady with a Polish accent. After reading my prescription for 3 drugs, the 15 € were immediately collected. Only then did she tell me that a certain drug was not in stock and that I had to take another variant. When I said that I couldn't take it, she just said that she can't change that.
