The person in the shop is extremely rude. He doesn't know at all how to talk to customers. Every time i go there (unfortunately i have to because my packet gets dropped here if i don't receive it) he talks in a rude way and doesn't care much about you or your situation. Doesn't talk much and when he does he do it in a very rude and unpleasant way. I wish DPD and Hermes remove his shop from there list because I honestly don't want to go here anymore. I would not recommend anyone at all to go here for parcel services by choice because surely you are not going to like it.

Completely rude guy. Just wanted to deliver a package and there it was completely tricky, became aggressive and finally threw me out of the store for no reason. The guy is completely wrong and probably never had an upbringing. Hopefully the shop will not last long, because letting go of something like this borders on bodily harm!
