Not really satisfied with the service there.. but there are a lot of jewellery shops in Rosenheim, so up to the next.
We bought our wedding rings from jeweler Bacak and thought at the beginning that we can not go wrong there, as we have already shopped there.
Wrong!
We were completely wrong in terms of ring size. We were sold on a hot day the sizes that fit us with our swollen fingers on hot days.
Two months after the purchase was the wedding ceremony. I noticed right at the beginning that the ring is too big. 5 days after the wedding I went to the complaint to the jeweler. There the complaint was not accepted. I should have paid the reduction of the ring myself and was pointed out that it can not be that the ring is now smaller at once. I was assumed that I had taken off, just not to take over the reduction.
We will never shop there again and are very disappointed with the service ...

I was at jeweler Bacak today. I was very nice advised by the two ladies and when I'm accidentally beyond the opening hours, they were still very sweet and patient with me. I like to shop here.
At jeweler Bacak I found a very large selection of beautiful, high quality rings in different price ranges! I was very excited and could decide thanks to the great advice for a beautiful engagement ring!
