I am disappointed with the lawyers. I liked the handling of the relatively simple case via correspondence and emails, although I initially suggested a phone call. A conversation never came about. After the case was settled, I received a fee statement without any advance information. Although the other party admitted the debt in full, the legal costs apparently are only paid incompletely due to the legal situation. This legal situation was not communicated and agreed. I therefore cannot recommend the firm.

Worst experience I would not hesitate to give zero stars if it were possible. I was in a 10 min. Conversation handled. After a requested information, I waited a whole four days for a recall of the firm. The promised recall did not come unfortunately. Instead, an e-mail with attached invoice came. There was no time for me here. I was not listened to. I was not called back. Important decisions were made without my consent. The representation by this Kanlzlei was a big mistake! Definitely not recommended!
